TPSF was created in 2005 by Sally Cooper (formerly Fawcett) whose career has been in Education (as a senior advisory teacher) and the Arts (with 10 years as a performer in the theatre). Since moving to Wales 6 years ago she has worked within Powys as a training consultant and project manager on Welsh Assembly Government initiatives.
