Information: A spacious self contained unit, suitable for a family or group of friends, with a small kitchenette and ensuite shower / toilet. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.The unit has a double bed and 2 single beds. There is also a small double sofa bed. It is equipped with a TV and DVD, Iron, Hairdryer, Travel Cot and High chair also available. Situated in Builth Wells, on a quiet road, close to the town centre about a mile from The Royal Welsh Showground. The Golf Course is only a 5 minute walk away.Continental breakfast is provided. It will be placed in the fridge for your convenience.The price is £25 per person per night, up to a maximum of £100. ( If you want to squeeze a couple more people in, you won't be charged any extra!) Children under 8 are free, children 9-16 are £10 per night.Discounts are available for longer stays, and the unit can be booked for a week self catering for £200. Please ring to discuss your requirements.Mountain Bike Hire also available, with or without a guide.Well behaved pets are welcome.This is a non smoking establishment.
