Do you want to write autobiography, fiction, poetry or any form of writing for any reason at all? Then why not join our workshop that meets fortnightly at Wyeside Arts Centre in Builth Wells. We meet on Thursday nights at 7-45p.m. for about two hours.
The group is open to everyone and you don’t have to have had anything published or even written anything yet! The aim of the workshop is to foster local writing talent through workshops, readings, advice and honest, warm criticism. The main aim of the sessions is ‘just to write’ but support from Wyeside and the Welsh Academy have helped us bring in writers (Menna Elfyn & Patrick Jones) to give workshops and readings and we will be getting more.
Workshops are £2 for those who are waged. |
